Miso soup is the most common soup in Japan. It is named after the soy bean paste (Miso) that is used to season the soup. Most Japanese-style meals will include a bowl of miso soup, it is a common and very traditional dish.

Incredients:

  1. 500 ml water and ca. 100g noodles
  2. 1 small onion
  3. 1 small potato
  4. 1 carrot 5cm
  5. 1/2 pack Katsuo (dried bonito fish)
  6. 2 and ½ spoons of Miso paste
